I don't deserve this. I have very wavy hair that CANNOT be short or overly layered as it sticks up in every direction. I clearly expressed that I cannot wear bangs, said I want my hair to be long enough to pull back into a pony tail and basically needed to have the back thinned out and trimmed.
Well, she took off over 5", leaving me with shaggy, uneven bangs and an overly layered top that sits on a long underneath layer. It is basically a mullet. I could just die. The girl was nice, but did not listen to a word I said and she RUINED my hair.
