When I first came to Pittsburgh, I foolishly went to Supercuts for my first haircut.
Nervous and excited to get my first college haircut, I walked in the door, waited for 40 minutes, and walked out pissed off that the 'stylist' hadn't listened to a damn word I said. She had seemingly deliberately ruined my hair for at least a month.
I will never, ever go back to Supercuts in this or any other city. Supercuts is an example of one of the worst chain stores in America.
Did I mention that the ONE time I went to supercuts after this to buy some hair product, my credit card number was stolen by an employee?
