Review content:
Good customer service does not apply at this salon. They don't know what it is. I've never had such a horrible haircut. Some older woman looked overwhelmed at the front desk with blonde hair made me feel un easy as she got into a heated discussion witha a client over her returning a unused hair product. I thought the customer was always right. As I sat there I realized no one smiled they all looked like robots, then when it was my turn I was greeted nicely by CeCe (I think that was her name) I told her what I waned... what I ended up with was nothing close to what I wanted. Sad thing is... she just looked at me like... ""OH WELL""....then I got the comment...""Well what do you want me to do""....with that I refused to pay... the overwhelmed lady wanted someone to fix it. I didn't want anyone touching my hair. So I just paid for a haircut that was beyond repair and horrible to keep the peace. So I bring this to you.....go somewhere else!
Pros: The hair gel worked
Cons: Where do I start?
