Sunrise Cinemas At Intracoastal Mall

I visited Sunrise Cinemas in North Miami Beach on 12/26/06 and the little older lady at the window was very rude to my 7 yr. old daughter. She was so rude in the way she spoke to my daughter that I forgot that she was elderly and told her how rude she was. The only reason I didn't really argue with her is because my daughter was present. I think if you're going to have someone taking money from people at the ticket window at least let them be pleasant. I work very hard for my money and I was so turned off by the way my daughter was treated, we left that theater. I refuse to spend money at a place where customer service does not matter. So, my rating would be poor because I never got past the ticket window. I can say that "If you want service with an attitude" then I suggest you go to the little old lady at the ticket window and you won't be disappointed. more

I took my little cousin to this movie theater one sunday. The primary reasons I went there were resonable prices, short lines and convenience of the location. However, I was surprised that there was a big crowd waiting in front of the movie. I was not very pleased with the comfort of the seating, but it was okay. Overall, we enjoy our day in the Sunrise Cinema with my little cousin. more

If you are living in miami beach or in sunny isles beach or eastern shores there is no other place closer than Sunrise Cinemas At Intracoastal Mall. It is really very conveniently located, it is a clean place where you can watch the latest movies. The average viewer age may be a little bit higher than that of other theatres. more
