I visited Sunrise Cinemas in North Miami Beach on 12/26/06 and the little older lady at the window was very rude to my 7 yr. old daughter. She was so rude in the way she spoke to my daughter that I forgot that she was elderly and told her how rude she was. The only reason I didn't really argue with her is because my daughter was present. I think if you're going to have someone taking money from people at the ticket window at least let them be pleasant. I work very hard for my money and I was so turned off by the way my daughter was treated, we left that theater. I refuse to spend money at a place where customer service does not matter.
So, my rating would be poor because I never got past the ticket window.
I can say that "If you want service with an attitude" then I suggest you go to the little old lady at the ticket window and you won't be disappointed.
