Best

Took my Amstaff pup here to be neutered. It stunk to high heaven, not a great area of town, busy and the wait was horrible. BUT, they are very caring to the animals and everyone...

Worst

Six days after my dog was spayed, her sutures came off and her intestines spilled out. It was a Sunday so I had to rush her to an emergency vet. Apparently my dog was not correctl...

Thank you! I have tried some of the fancy vets and always leave feeling poor and wondering how much I actually love my pet. When I brought my dog to Sunnymead Veterinary Clinic I felt comfortable and left loving my dog as he did not cost me a fortune. Thank you so much to the staff for making a trip to the vet a reasonably priced experience and getting the job done right. more

Yes the wait can be long some times, but its worth it.Ive never had a problem with any of my animals, that ive taken here and there's been about 20 in the last 10 years. There always taken care of and treated well.I wouldn't go to any other vet. more

I love this place. I come from Orange County to this location.. Why? Ill tell you. First of all, I used to live locally here. I found this place because my dog needed an urgent appointment, in which the moment I walked through the door, they handled the problem from the start. My dog had been bit by another dog, around the neck .. it was a disaster. The place looks run down, but is clean, and the staff is competent and friendly. The doctor charges reasonably and appointments are never an issue. I have been coming here for 10 years, wouldnt go anywhere else unless this place closed down. more

The people working here are AMAZING and my pets have never been returned dirty or wounded. The doctor is amazing and works SO hard. I recently took a cat that adopted US into the vet because something was wrong with its ear. Come to find out, it's a tumor. :( Well the doctor said it would be about $750 for surgery. After calling my mom and considering putting the cat to sleep (sob), I turned back to the doctor and kept asking questions. He understood my predicament (student + waitress = little to no money for pets and their surgeries) and somehow got the price to $568. After a little cash, a lot of credit, and help from mommy, the cat is on her way to recovery. We don't know yet if Baby (name of the sad little white kitty) has cancer, but we're praying every day (Doctor's orders, hehe).\r Thank you to you and your team, Sunnymead! more

I have always found the receptionists very helpful and sweet. They have always gone out of their way to help me, especially when my dog was put down. The short, dark haired lady could not have been kinder. In most offices the receptionists don't make the rules about seeing patients or about the cost of things. Get off their backs. more

I would have to disagree with the negative comments as well. I adopted a puppy a few years ago and within the first few days of adoption I found out she had parvo. I took her to the ""nice"" hospitals and all gave me no hope for recovery but I found Dr. Park and took her down there and after 5 days she survived and was back to her normal puppy self. I am so thankful for what he did and I continued to take my animals there. Never once had anybody been rude and all my animals were well taken care of. If he wasn't so far I would go more often.\r more

I have been coming to Dr. Park's clinic since it opened in the early 1980s. I can tell you why I keep coming back: because he provides EXCELLENT care at very, very reasonable prices. Let's face it, in these tough economic times, who isn't looking for value?! He understands if you have financial difficulties and is willing to work with you. If you are looking for an animal Ritz Carleton, then you will be disappointed because the building is old, the cabinets are worn and the flooring probably should be replaced. However, if you are looking for someone who has many, many years of experience and finely honed clinical and surgical acumen and cares for you and your pet, then I think this is the place for you. Chances are you will have to wait...which is difficult in our instant gratification society...but sometimes the best things in life come to those who wait. more

I don't care what anyone else says. This place was great. I got my dog spayed here a while back and it was cheaper than anywhere else, they took great care of her, and gladly gave me advice on how to care for here after the surgery. Yes, it is very busy and sometimes it'll take a while for them to get to you, but for the price and the quality of their service, I think it is worth it. I would bring any pet here, before I considered anywhere else. more

I work as a RN, and have had animals before, but I am appalled at how other Veterinary places gouge you! I brought my Dog to another place in Moreno Valley and he kept making follow-Up appointments to charge me for unnecessary services! With practices like this, no wonder people can't afford to get their animals the care they need!\r Recently my son gave me this 2 Month Old Kitten that was practically dead! I guess someone dumped it at the Movie theater expecting someone to pick it up. By the time my son found it it had been starving for weeks eating its own fur off!\r I didn't think it would live through the night, and I had to get it a heating blanket before the vets office opened in the morning. My son had fed it dry cat food, and it became impacted. It couldn't even walk it was so sick!\r Dr. Park came up with a price I could afford, kept ""Molley"" for a few days providing IV fluids, enemas and blood tests. This kitty had medications, vitamin supplements, and special worm treatments before she was better. All through this the staff were so caring I wanted to cry. When they held her you could tell they really cared and it wasn't just another animal.\r I got used to their lunch schedule and bringing my own folding chair and reading material. They have a T.V in the small lobby, and limited seating.\r I waited outside and spent some time holding and caring for that kitten. They are super busy, but I don't mind waiting. The care was affordable, and their attention to detail saved this cats life.\r When I couldn't get back to pick the aminal up because of a work problem, they kept her overnight for a $10.00 charge with a caring attitude. Willing to work with the customer. When I picked the cat up, the cage was clean with fresh water and fresh kitty litter.\r I save my news papers for them. They appreciate the small things people do and work with what people can afford. They don't have the Luxury Package, but they make up with it in the care and service they provide. more
