And helps us financially when the cost was to high, Big deal that you have to wait, You wait just as long at the emergency room for yourself or for your children, so whats the difference if your pet is part of your family... more

Dr. Park treated my dog for an eye infection. He was very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. He was very kind and compassionate and provided a high level of service. I would highly recommend him. more

Dr. Parks is awesome. He's a vet recommended by the city of Moreno Valley Animal Control (that's how I found him) his prices are extremely reasonable and I just love him. He always gives my dogs more than I asked for and I never see half of it on my bill. Like last time I go in for my yearly shots and he tells me he's going to vaccinate them for the flu bug going around and all I saw on my bill was what I asked for nothing more. more

Years ago my moms dog was extremely ill. Dr Park and his staff were compassionate and understanding about financial situations. They saved my mom's dog. When our new puppy Meeshka became ill recently we knew where to take her. Although, they are a very busy office, they were truely concerned over our pet and took care of her. Their main concern was saving the dog, not collecting the money. That's how every Vet. should be like. They have made us their client for life! Thank you to Dr. Park and his wonderful staff for seeing us today (even though we kind of barged in on your day) and for helping our new puppy. more

Because it is a walk-in clinic there tends to be a long waiting period, however the quality of care and affordability is worth the wait. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. more

Would have given 5 stars for reasonably priced fees and good staff; however the waiting period to claim your pet was really long. (More than 1 hour for us) more

We have been with Dr. Parks for about 7 years now. We are on a single income so over the years things have come up and this office has always worked with us. We have had a few emergency's along the way too and they have helped us greatly with our pets. I know some people would life a really nice 5 star place to take their animals for care. Perhaps a large waiting room with comfortable chairs and tile floors. Dr. Parks office seems (to us) to be more concerned with how they are going to treat their puppy's then what color paint is on the wall or what type flooring there is. With that said....most hospitals don't measure up. I would pay twice that just to continue utilizing Dr. Parks services. His office is small and always busy but he always has time for his patients. His bedside manner as well as his staff is excellent. Keep up the good work. We have left our dogs overnight from time to time due to necessary procedures. They have always come home in better condition then when we left them. I would write a million reccomendations on how well you are with the animals and how much you really understand a family's financial situation. We really appreciate what you do for us and our four legged children. more

Dr. Park did an awesome job with my dog. As you may have ascertained from some of the other reviews, this place is incredibly busy. I have been coming here for the last 15 years, and am always greeted with a familiar smile from many of the same employees who are still working there since the first day I became a client! more

The doctor and the people who work here show their kindness and caring to your animals (and to you). I have been going here for 22 years through having a new puppy, new kitten to the opposite extreme of just recently having to put my ill cat to sleep. Dr. Park even sent me a sympathy card. It is usually pretty crowded but I think that is because of how great a place it is for your four legged family members. more

Dr Park is a very caring vet who is very good with the animal. My dog recently had surgery there and they were very good to him and actually allowed me come in to visit him when they had to keep him an extra night. They are open to 7pm on week nights which makes it possible to take my animals after work. more

I absolutely adored having Dr. Park as my babies' vet. He doesn't charge up the wahzoo and knows how to fix the problem. Seriously. We've taken my 3 dogs, 6 cats (over the years) and they have been fixed with what ever issue they had. I'm not saying he's a miracle worker but damn well should be!! more

I'm a breeder and I have taken my pups for their shots. Great courteous service would recommend.. Going in today for urgent care (another issue) will keep you guys posted as to the service... Great prices best in town.. Never had a problem with the puppies after they were vaccinated have been healthy. more

I love, love love this place. I have been taking my pets her for almost 6 years. I found this place when my cat got terribly sick and all the pet clinics/hospitals near me (in Murrieta wanted over $500 to even look at him. One particularly horrible place made me feel so bad I paid over $100 just to have them put some fluids under his skin, but that's a whole other review. Anyway I brought my sick kitty here and the Dr. (I don't think she is there anymore) was unable to see anything on the x-ray and offered to hold him overnight and re-do it the next day. Long story short my kitty had to be put to sleep, but they worked with me on the cost and were very compassionate. Sob story aside I have since take 2 more cats and 2 dogs to be spayed/neutered. They get you in and out in a timely fashion and call you when your pet is ready to be picked up. They do a good job explaining everything, so you don't have any scares in the middle of the night when something oozes or whatever. I will be taking my new puppy to be spayed here soon and I know that they will take very good care of her. While it is a drive (depending on where you live) it is so worth it. Great staff, great prices. They can't be beat! more

Dr. Park has been our vet for about 20 years. ?We've had 3 generations of our pets seen by him and continue to go to him for his all of our veterinary needs. ?He is a very kind and compassionate person as well as a very knowledgeable veterinarian. ?He is not driven by the bottom line. ?His prices are very reasonable and his care for the animals is very evident. ?How many vets do you know that will take time out of the day and pray for you and your pets? He really does care, and it shows, and that's why we will always take our animals to him more

I highly recommend them. They are a walk in veterinary office and you might have to wait a little, but the care they give and the unbelievably low prices make it worth the wait. The staff is very helpful and friendly. more

I have always found the receptionists very helpful and sweet( all but maybe one). They have always gone out of their way to help me, especially when my dog was put down. The short, dark haired lady could not have been kinder. In most offices the receptionists don't make the rules about seeing patients or about the cost of things. Get off their backs. more

My family has gone to Martha (as we affectionately call her) for countless years. We live on an acre and have had numerous pets pass through her office. We have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and it is pretty much always busy because of the great service. Whenever a beloved pet was put down, she genuinely felt for us. We have even received condolence cards signed by the staff afterwards. Unfortunately, I heard that Martha is retiring. What a loss to this community. No one can replace her! more
