We have 3 cars, and all are serviced here. They're always upfront with us about what needs to be done and never fooled us. They really take good care of our cars.

Worst

The mechanic was helpful but that's it. The writer could not give me any estimates for any future estimates and did not make any effort to help me, terrible cust. service.

Ihave been a customer of sunland tires for some timeJohn always takes care of me.As of late I have had to send my teenagers with their older model cars in my absence.John takes care of them like they were his own.I continue to go to sunland tires for all my vehicles without dealer warranties because of the personal service I receive Thanks John more

sunland tire is the dope! make an appointment, take your vehicle in for an oil & filter change and see how fast they are. john, their fast mechanic, changed 2 pulley belts in my hyundai sonata in less than 1/2 hour. i think he should be working in a pit crew for a racing team. i shouldn't have said that. yeah, i gave him a $5 tip. make an appointment and you won't regret it. more

I appreciate that William and the folks at Sunland Tire didn't try to load on extra stuff. I came in and got what I wanted. They worked with me based upon my budgetary constraints and made sure I got quality parts and service. I've been to a few shops in Upland. This one has been the best, hands down. I've found my shop. more

I have visited this location twice in the last month. The provide a great service and most importantly their prices are within my budget. The staff is very friendly. I purchased tires, had oil changes, filter changes, and I have always been satisfied with the end result. more

It takes too long to be serviced. I even made an appointment so the wait would not be as long, yet I was quoted a longer wait time after I made an appointment then I did when i did not have an appointment. more
