We have 3 cars, and all are serviced here. They're always upfront with us about what needs to be done and never fooled us. They really take good care of our cars.

Worst

The mechanic was helpful but that's it. The writer could not give me any estimates for any future estimates and did not make any effort to help me, terrible cust. service.

Get it in writing 1st 7/9/2013

Was told one price over the phone for tires and he said I did not need the road hazard coverage, but when the work was done they included it and said I had to purchase it in order to get a better price on the tires. more

As always I can rely on John and his people to do a thorough and complete job. I have never been disappointed and I know that if there are additional items on the car that require attention then it will be explained and I have complete trust in what I am told. more

Passing through 7/2/2013

I was on the lást leg of my 2mth vac- I was spending A few days wirh my BFF from HS, in upland- when I realized my rear duel tire was flat on my RV. My BFF mentioned sunland tires- I was more then happy it turned out it was the tire stem, that had the hole, they were able to replace the stem and I was on my way.. I'm home now in Shasta county and my tire is still good. As a consumer I don't mind paying for services, as long as I'm getting my money's worth, and at sunland tire I did. more
