Little mess, fast turn around time, results are fantastic. They have done my pool deck and my garage floor. Highly recommend Sundeck.

Worst

Sundek of San Antonio did our pool decking. It looks wonderful, but you can't stand on it for more than 5 or 6 seconds in 105 degree weather. They're missing the chemical that goe...

A little perturbed! 9/16/2014

This was my second time using Sundek of San Antonio. I was happy with the work but they did a few things that perturbed me. I had a trash can filled with rain water that I use to water my plants. I asked them not to dump it but they did anyway. I also found out that the roller covers came in two colors. They did not even bother to ask me what color I wanted. They picked one for me. I like the end result but they should have consulted with me more. more

Outstanding 9/15/2014

I hired Sundek to re-coat and color the back patio in my backyard around the pool. The work looks outstanding and I am very pleased with how it all turned out. In fact, I was so pleased that I had them come back and re-coat the deck and the walkway to the garage in the front yard as well. The crew was great and they did an excellent job. They really knew their stuff and they did some high quality work. Great service all around. more

Excellent job. Could have been slightly if last minute smoothing, expecially around the skimmer hole openings....the covers had to be pried off. . . should have been smoothed off. more

Very happy with our Sundeck porch and around the pool 6/25/2014

Love the way Sundeck transformed our back proch and made a beautiful border around our pool. It feels so good to walk on it and it looks beautiful. The team we worked with did a fantastic job and checked in with me several times to ensure that I liked how it looked and to explain the next steps. Appreciate the great customer service! more

Project was slow in starting. Do to other jobs. But once they started it. The crew did a great job and fast. I would recommend this product to anybody. So many options in style and colors. more

Nice folks to deal with but you can't be sure of final job. 5/22/2014

When tape was removed it was left on the drying surface. When stain was applied it left a 6 foot stripe and four smaller marks on the surface. Smaller marks were correctable but the 6 foot stripe required removal and resurfacing three times resulting in a large different color spot. Entire surface restained much darker than the selected color. Job was accepted only to avoid a worse condition. Used tape should have been completely removed from job site. Simple job required 16 days of limited house access. RESPONSE FROM Sundek of San Antonio: Company attempted numerous times to satisfy customer. Customer was communicated with daily throughout the installation. Company was willing to continue, at company expense, to satisfy customer who rejected that offer and accepted the job. The company was not afforded an opportunity to meet the customers expectation. more

Excellent! 4/11/2014

Sundek of San Antonio did a sun deck on six of our buildings. So far, they just did the first level and we're planning on using them again to do the rest of the levels. They kept us informed about what they were doing and we had residents already in the apartments so the communication had to be really good. Overall, what Sundek did was great. They workers were very good, pleasant, and cleaned up after themselves. The timing on things didn't quite flow so well. They were suppose to be here at certain times and they weren't. I understand some delays, but sometimes it didn't seem appropriate. It was just matter of scheduling/coordination problems. more

Sundek did a great job of scoring and caulking the existing cracks in our pool deck and laid out a very nice matching pattern of scores on the deck to make everything look uniform. Their attention to detail on masking, covering the pool, etc., when doing their work was impressive. The only thing I think they could have improved on was keeping us informed when they could not make it out as promised. This happened a couple of times. A simple phone call saying they were delayed would have been appreciated. We hope that their work will hold up through time and that any warranty or follow up issues will be handled as well as their initial work. more

Punctual, clean, and efficient. 10/28/2013

Sundek of San Antonio recently came to do a remodel of an old existing deck. Some parts had cracked, and an additional part we had added needed to be blended in with the new material. They expertly installed some faux stone to make it all flow and look nice. more
