Sundek did a great job of scoring and caulking the existing cracks in our pool deck and laid out a very nice matching pattern of scores on the deck to make everything look uniform.
Their attention to detail on masking, covering the pool, etc., when doing their work was impressive.
The only thing I think they could have improved on was keeping us informed when they could not make it out as promised. This happened a couple of times. A simple phone call saying they were delayed would have been appreciated.
We hope that their work will hold up through time and that any warranty or follow up issues will be handled as well as their initial work.
