Review content:
When tape was removed it was left on the drying surface. When stain was applied it left a 6 foot stripe and four smaller marks on the surface. Smaller marks were correctable but the 6 foot stripe required removal and resurfacing three times resulting in a large different color spot. Entire surface restained much darker than the selected color. Job was accepted only to avoid a worse condition. Used tape should have been completely removed from job site. Simple job required 16 days of limited house access.
RESPONSE FROM Sundek of San Antonio:
Company attempted numerous times to satisfy customer. Customer was communicated with daily throughout the installation. Company was willing to continue, at company expense, to satisfy customer who rejected that offer and accepted the job. The company was not afforded an opportunity to meet the customers expectation.
