I have rented from them. I also no several people who use them for property management. If your like us, we needed to find a nice home affordable and a neighborhood our kids could play in. Sundance had the most selection of houses to rent or buy. Yes they have to do a back ground check yes they expect rent on time. Yes you pay a deposit. They also are the best rental agency and the largest in lawton. I give them 5 stars because how easy the company makes finding a new home and how easy it was when it came time to move away from lawton. There website made it easy for us to get an idea of rent prices house locations which made it very simple when we arrived in town. We went to there office which is located right off post we got a list of all the available rentals. We used gps to go look at the houses. Then went back to get keys to look at each one we really liked. We filled out our application reviewed there policys and before you knew it we where in a house. Simple. Stress free.
