The Mech. forgot to re-install a hose from the radiator. Engine heater and I discovered it when I looked under the hood to find out why the engine was hisssing.

I've been there 3 times in the last year. Each time was a good experience. They took care of what was needed and suggested future items that will need attention. No pressure to do extras. Asked if I had any questions. Waiting area was very clean & comfortable. Location was very close to my home, a definite plus. Staff was courteous & friendly. more

Good service, good attitudes 9/10/2013

I noticed that my oil level was 1/2 quart low after the past two oil changes. When I brought it to SCAS attention, they indicated that this was just standard procedure. Per them, if the oild level is anywhere in the crosshatched area on the dipstick, that was fine. I disagreed and requested that they fill mine to the top and no more. They accommodated my request, but now I have to check the level each time to ascertain that it is in fact full. Not a good practice! more

Always a good experience. I have dealt with Sun City Auto for several years now and have never been disappointed. They are honest, do great work, and always helpful and friendly. The waiting area is comfortable and well stocked with a Keurig coffee machine, snacks and up to date magazines and newspapers. High five!!! more

Our problem could not be diagnosed at the time and and after at least a half an hour of searching for the problem, we were told "no charge" because the situation of the problem could not be duplicated. No other Service center would do that...beleive me.... Greatest repair shop in Maricopa County. Larry McLaughlin....Sun City more
