They really do a thorough look into whatever problem I've brought my car in for. I appreciate the options they provide as to what needs to be fixed immediately vs what may not be as urgent and can be postponed to accomodate my finances more

Thorough but Lengthy 1/7/2011

I came into Louetta Automotive for a 1PM oil change and was not checked out until 3:15PM. This is inexcusable. An oil change usually takes 20 - 30 minutes at most service locations. I know that they checked all the fluids, breaks, belts, etc as a way to generate business but this should not have added over an hour and a half to the time at the facility. Part of the problem was that the assistant manager who came in to discuss further needed service with me, had to answer the phone and cover the desk - thus adding another 20-30 minutes to the time they had the car and I could pay and leave. The facility is spotless and I would assume the mechanics are adequate and I may a sometime bring the care in for service and leave it - but I would never wait again. more

Excellent Service, as always 1/5/2011

A flat tire is never expected and can be a very frustrating experience. However, I dropped off my car and quickly received a phone call with options for new tires. I was told that only the front tires need to be replaced and that the back tires were fine. They checked and I didn't need an alignment. I so appreciated the honesty and the fact they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They even fixed my hubcaps - totally unexpected, but very much appreciated. This is the service I always receive from them. more

Great Service and Friendly Staff 12/29/2010

I've used Louetta on Barker Cypress for all of my vehicle service for the last 2 years. The guys have worked with me on cost and explaining a major repair, and they're always very friendly and professional when I get my oil changes done. The only issue I've had was one time they got my wife's armrest on her car dirty. more

Oil Change/rotation 11/27/2010

I went in to get a tire rotation and oil change. I asked the guys to check everything... fluids etc because i was traveling the next day. Although they are very courteous. he failed to check my battery, which died on me the next day beacuse of corrosion on the cable. On a holiday. If checked it could have been avoided. this is the 2nd time they have failed to complete what was asked or failed to inform me of a potential problem. more
