Review content:
I came into Louetta Automotive for a 1PM oil change and was not checked out until 3:15PM. This is inexcusable. An oil change usually takes 20 - 30 minutes at most service locations. I know that they checked all the fluids, breaks, belts, etc as a way to generate business but this should not have added over an hour and a half to the time at the facility. Part of the problem was that the assistant manager who came in to discuss further needed service with me, had to answer the phone and cover the desk - thus adding another 20-30 minutes to the time they had the car and I could pay and leave. The facility is spotless and I would assume the mechanics are adequate and I may a sometime bring the care in for service and leave it - but I would never wait again.
