I went in to get a tire rotation and oil change. I asked the guys to check everything... fluids etc because i was traveling the next day. Although they are very courteous. he failed to check my battery, which died on me the next day beacuse of corrosion on the cable. On a holiday. If checked it could have been avoided. this is the 2nd time they have failed to complete what was asked or failed to inform me of a potential problem.
