Excellent Service 8/31/2011

I came to Louetta Automotive for a safety inspection on my motorcycle and the service was excellent. Everyone was extremely nice and I was taken care of immediately and they were finished in no time. However the part that surprised me the most was when I was on my way home my motorcycle had stalled and the employees there were kind enough to meet me where I had broken down and brought me gas and jumper cables at no cost. I was able to get the bike started again and get home. I was so appreciative of their generosity and kindness and I would definitely reccomend them to anyone I know. Thank you so much to everyone at Louetta Automotive off Barker-Cypress! more

I did not vist Louetta Automotive on 6/21 as the e-mail I received stated. I traded in the care this past Saturday, 6/18. How could this have been generated? The last time I was there was in 2010. more

Satisfied 6/21/2011

Due to limited time (the work started 45 minutes after my appointment time) they were not able to completely service the car. That said, what they did get to they did a great job on. Will definitely return for the remaining work. more

Lexus 400h 6/4/2011

I recently had 2 cars serviced in May and was disappointed that they did not catch the May tags for State inspection. I had to return and had that done on June 2nd. On the 400h Lexus they recommended a transmission flush for the 60,000 mile service and I agreed and they did not have the tool to change the fluid and then told me after they could not do it and new info reveals that it was not necessary until 100,000 miles. DONT KNOW WHAT TO BELIEVE AND LOSS OF INTEGRITY. HAD A PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WHERE I PAID FOR BG ADDITIVE AND IT WAS NOT PUT IN UNTILL I SAW THE MLS TO NEXT SERVICE STICKER. this Louettea is very close to my house and all I want is accurate and complete service. Please help more

Always honest, Always right 5/30/2011

Brought daughter's truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, and was told immediately that it would take a long time because they were so busy. I agreed, appreciated the honesty, and was called that afternoon within 10 minutes of when it had been promised for pick-up. I appreciate the honesty, and the good work and courteous service. It's that way every time. more

Speaking with another single woman in the waiting room yesterday, we agreed that we have our car work done here because we NEVER feel taken advantage of. All the staff are professional and honest. I don't feel like an ignorant fool who doesn't know the vocabulary. Explanations are thorough and there is no pressure to have "extra" work done. Women can trust these people. more
