Brought daughter's truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, and was told immediately that it would take a long time because they were so busy. I agreed, appreciated the honesty, and was called that afternoon within 10 minutes of when it had been promised for pick-up. I appreciate the honesty, and the good work and courteous service. It's that way every time.
