Review content:
Horrible customer service. My machine has less than 65 hrs on it and its been in the shop 5 times and out of service for more than 2 weeks on most visits. Managers service managers have no communication skills. For instance, they lie about when service will be completed and upon showing, it gets delayed further. I could go on but it would take forever to explain how bad of a business they run. Avoid at all costs...go to Home Depot instead.
