Excellent Attorney... 10/25/2010

I retained Rabin Nabizadeh in Oct. 2008 after reviewing several different law firms in the bay area and reading many reviews. As soon as I met Rabin I knew he was the attorney for me. He is extremely intelligent, professional, and shows much concern for you and your case. My case took two years and Rabin was always there for me every step of the way. He explained the entire process to me throughout. Unfortunately, I was arrested, but Rabin already had the Bail Bonds gentleman calling my husband before I was even booked. Then the bail bonds gentleman stayed with my husband at my house until I was ready to be released from jail, which in all I only spent like 6 hours there. Finally when we went to court I was facing 3 years in prison and restitution of an obsene amount. Rabin was able to make a deal with the DA for no jail time, probation, and pay 1/4 of the restitution amount they originally asked for. After restitution was paid the felony was reduced to a misdameanor. more

Summit Defense - Best Attorney in The City 4/30/2010

Steve Davidson is highly recommended. He told me like is was. Steve said there would be no jail time - thank God - and I could get some much needed sleep over the weekend. He was hopeful my petty theft case would be dismissed. Steve got right on it with docs to the DA, pleading my case like a pro. In the end, dismissed it was! Steve is fabulous and definitely worthy of your trust. He also has a great sense of humor - and as we all know - a likeable personality goes very far in obtaining results. Cost was more than reasonable - only wish I could repay the great favor. Really, if convicted, my life would have been one above a bottomfeeder. I am so very greatful. Extremely pleased 3/16/2010

I can't say enough of the Summit Defense. Ever since my first phone contact, I was put on the line with one of the attorneys, Robert Preskill, who patiently listened the nightmare I just went through and put my mind on ease. (I was arrested for DIU and spend the night in prison). He even met with me and my husband even though he was not going to handle my case, just to give us peace of mind. more

Good experience. I recomend. 2/10/2010

I was very pleased with (and pleasantly surprised by) my experience with Summit Defense. I know lawyers get a bad wrap but everyone, including my main attorney were genuine, good people who cared about me and my case. Now I have a second chance and I learned a big life lesson. Good job and thank you guys SOOO much! Writing a review is the least that I can do. Pros: Good lawyers Cons: try not to need them:) more

Professional and Reliable 7/8/2009

I am a business attorney who does not handle criminal cases. I had a client who was accused of embezzlement by a disgruntled ex-partner. I got the 2 AM phone call. Luckily my son was okay but he had been drinking at a party and despite the fact that I have always told him to call me for a ride if he?d been drinking, he choose to drive home and got arrested for drunk driving. I am a single mom and had no idea what to do in this situation. Money is tight but I did not what my kid to have this on his record for life. Through the Internet I found the reviews about Summit Defense on City Search. Not knowing what else to do I called them at 6:00 am the next morning. I have to say I felt better right away. I didn?t have to miss any work. The attorney tried her best to get the charges dropped, but the DA would not drop it all together. In the end they were able to get the charges reduced due to the breath test being wrongly administered. My attorney also was able to convince the judge to allow my son to keep his drivers license. Thankfully my son gets a second chance. So here I am, adding my own experience to this review site. more

they saved me from domestic violence 10/23/2008

I was arrested for domestic violence earlier this year. What happened was my wife and I got in a shouting match over money issues. I didn't hurt her, but I did push her away when she started throwing things at me. I regret doing this very much. She called the police and they arrested me. I have a good job in programming and was very scared that i might get fired. I wasn't sure who to talk to, but my immigration attorney who helped me get a green card referred me to my attorney Rabin Nabizadeh. Rabin got the charges dismissed and I didn't have to do the anger management classes that they originally wanted me to do. Needless to say, I would recommend this firm to anyone in a similar situation. Pros: great result Cons: it took much longer than I thought more

very helpful 6/11/2008

I am ashamed to say that I received a DUI three months ago after having a few too many beers after work and driving home. I didn't feel tipsy and drove under control. But, I was pulled over and given a breath test. Needless to say, I spent one of the worst nights of my life in the drunk tank. Until that point, I had never had a run in with the SFPD and didn't know what to do. I was reluctant to tell friends or relatives about my mess so I searched on the internet and found these guys. more

I just want to say thank you guys. I am so glad I didn?t stick with the public defender who was going to let me plead guilty. Now I have a clean record. It was worth the extra money. I wouid recomend your law firm. Thank you. Pros: best result Cons: not the cheapest more

This is a worst law firm ever. They would take your money first and leave you on your own. Not professional service at all. Avoid them for all cost. If you made a mistake and hired them - run away as soon as possible. Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything is bad. They just interested in your money. They would not defense you at all. more
