I retained Rabin Nabizadeh in Oct. 2008 after reviewing several different law firms in the bay area and reading many reviews. As soon as I met Rabin I knew he was the attorney for me. He is extremely intelligent, professional, and shows much concern for you and your case. My case took two years and Rabin was always there for me every step of the way. He explained the entire process to me throughout. Unfortunately, I was arrested, but Rabin already had the Bail Bonds gentleman calling my husband before I was even booked. Then the bail bonds gentleman stayed with my husband at my house until I was ready to be released from jail, which in all I only spent like 6 hours there. Finally when we went to court I was facing 3 years in prison and restitution of an obsene amount. Rabin was able to make a deal with the DA for no jail time, probation, and pay 1/4 of the restitution amount they originally asked for. After restitution was paid the felony was reduced to a misdameanor.
