I arrived at 8am, the second they opened. Thought my hand was broken I was in pain pretty bad. I was the first one there and they accepted my Blue Cross blue shield. I had to be at work 30 minutes away by 10am. I figured this was plenty of time... WRONG!! Here we go.... After checking in and realizing Im the first patient to be seen, they inform me there is no doctor. He's not there yet. I didnt freak out because I too have run late for work, we're all human. 30 minutes later the doctor calls and says he's 20 minutes away. WTF? I run to mikies next door and grab a breakfast sandwich. I return to learn he's still not there 20 minutes later. Further more the nurses say they cant even get him on the cell phone. My hand hurts. An hour and half in I can tell Im going to be late for work I ask the nurse if it looks like my hand is broken. She asks if I have insurance, I say yes and she agrees to go xray me before the doc even gets there to speed things up. AFTER the Xray they tell me that while they accept BCBS for the visit they dont accept it for xrays and if I want the results I had to pay $60 to get them. Im really pissed because Im out of pocket $80 now, Im late for work, and I had great insurance. I wasnt going to pay the $60 but I had already waited 2 hours and didnt have time to go somewhere else since I was going to be seen first and was already late. So I waited another half hour and the Doctor finally arrives. Not sure if he was high or hung over but he mumbled. I could barely hear him or make out what he was saying. He talked as though we were in church and he was mumbling under his breath. He goes to look at my xray and tells me he cant read it. He's not sure if it's broken or not... WTFFFFFF??? He has to send out the xray to be examined by someone else and Ill get results 4 days later. He wrapped my hand with a $2 ace bandage and sent me on my way.... 3 hour wait, $80 out of pocket, made me an hour and a half late for work, and never found out if my hand is broken, and all I got was a $2 ace bandage I could have got at walgreens. Oh and my hand still hurts.. On top of it all the nurse say this happens all time and she cant believe she still work there. It was a joke I thought I was on candid camera more

This place was a mess! I had never seen an urgen care center or any healthcare place look so run down and dingy but it fit well with the staff they had! The staff was super rude and didnt seem as if they cared to much about what your issue was. For the place to be IMMEDIATE CARE..your problem def didnt get any attention till like 4 hours after you fill paperwork out! They wont be gettin another dime out of me! Ugh! more

This medical center is a joke!!! There is no member at this office that could help us,, but they where so happy to take our money and tell us to get tests done, which where more money. After doing all that the doctor said to do,he never called us to let us know what the test said, we had to go in to the office to here from a Very rude women that we had to pay more money to hear whats going on,we had to have another"" office visit "" the woman had no people skills rude as all, this office Will never get a dollar out of my family again, in fact we have gone somewhere else,and get this it more money where we are going, it was never about how much money it cost but the service that was need Thank you for being the worst medical office i have ever ben to,i wouldnt want to waste anymore time there and to anyone thinking about using them i wouldnt let them treat my dog!!!!!!!! more

Upon entering the facility I immediately noticed the dingy appearance, but I didn't want to judge ""a book by its cover"" I gave it a chance hoping that possibly the facility saves on updating and maybe pays the staff generously. From the waiting room I could see one restroom, door wide open, with paper on the floor. Patient files were piled high behind the desk. The wait time was ridiculously long being as though the place was empty. There was a lot of writing on the walls partially covered by posters, bits of paper on the floors, and no running faucet water in the restroom. When Dr. Elekwachi Nwaogbo came to wait on me he had an instant attitude, although I was pleasant to him. In addition I tried to tell the doctor what I thought my ailment was, and he responded by cutting me off mid-sentence telling me in so many words that my symptoms don't reflect my assumed diagnosis. Ironically after examining me my ailment was exactly what I thought it to be. Lab tests would be required in order to confirm what we both are suspecting to be my ailment, but instead of treating me for one specific illness, Dr. Elekwachi Nwaogbo thought it to be more appropriate to treat me with prescriptions for illnesses that he has no clue if I'm suffering from. He didn't bother to go over any patient history with me to even come to a conclusion that I could be suffering from anything other than what it actually was. It was like ""hey one of these meds will work"" and that way no use of sending work to the lab, but likely billing for it. He actually left the device used to take samples in an halfway open drawer of the exam table! That was the most unsanitary thing I ever witnessed in a medical facility. The doctor was argumentative and did not want to consider the patients opinion. Pros: A few staff members were friendly. Cons: Any and everything else more
