I was very happy and excited to have found a place that ""knew what they were doing"" I purchased three cakes from them and in all three I was disappointed. My third and last cake order left me very unhappy this past November. After going around the block looking for parking for about 25 minutes, I was finally able to get to the store.. My cake was given to me and I noticed that the flowers I emphasized about for WEEKS were not on the cake… what a disappointment.. I am thinking what had happened? Confused, I asked and their reply was: "" They were on back order"" so I told her why didn't you communicate this to me so I don't be surprised at pick up on my special day, her honest answer was: ""Well I cannot call you whenever there is something wrong"" … I wanted to die when she said that. I guess she was expecting me not to say a thing and walk a way which to me is ridicules. This 10"" round cake cost me $150.00!!!. I would of appreciate attention to detail on my order and for them to take into consideration my input on what I wanted and not to ignore my request and then give me a nonsense answer. Honestly, the flowers were not even the issue, it was the fact that they didn't seem to care. Instead, she had the guts to tell me: ""This should be your last cake then"" ..SERIOUSLY? I took the cake and left.. I just couldn't believe I heard that, and with tears in my eyes left the place which ruined my entire day.\r

As a customer I feel that I was totally disrespected, their lack of communication, courtesy and professionalism is very very poor. My vision was changed and I literary got a slap in the face instead of an apology; and never try to make it better. This issue has been bothering me since, I feel the way they handled it was SO unprofessional. Her suggestion have been granted, I will NOT placed an order there again.\r
