I first applied online to look at a edge. The web page said they would get to me in 24 hrs. 2 days later I went to look, took me 10 mins to get someone to talk to me. Then I got a sale's person. told her what I was looking at, how much, and that I was approved by another dealer but was hoping to support a dealer right around the block. She had me test drive while she ran the numbers. I came back and was told. "that one is out of your price range" she then looked in her computer and said " i have nothing to fit you, " for ever $1000.00 more you put down it will lower your payment by $16.00" It was a a few hrs before closing time, I dont know if that had anything to do with it. She also said that " the other dealer must not be doing the ,out the door price, and that THERE dealership was rated at the top 15" Then her boss was the one who called me to see if I was coming back. I know this is my first time buying a car and I prob. did something wrong but I mean really? more

I purchased my very first Brand new car from Suburban Ford. I never had felt like such a queen in all my life!! The sales associate truly made me feel like I was important and listened to my needs and wants. I wasn't talked into something I couldn't afford. I have returned on several occasions for oil changes and repairs and haves had the best service. They have actually driven me to work when it took longer than expected. I would definitely recommend stopping by if your in the market for a new car or truck! more
