Just returned from a very brief unplanned trip to Somerset Pontiac-GMC. My 2008 G6 showed the message: "Check tire pressure" along with the icon during yesterday's rain. I'd added air, called OnStar and still could not get rid of the pesky notification. My dealer would be closed when I could get there after work. I remembered Somerset (from a previous lease) and decided to beg them to help - this was driving me nuts! The service rep (failed to get names) quickly determined that I had tires with uneven pressure (26 - 40) and had the problem corrected in 5 minutes! No charge, no worries - thanks to those wonderful technicians at Somerset. I really appreciate the "pressure" relief they provided. Thanks again!! more

Great leasing experience 5/17/2009

In 2005, I was having problems with a 2001 Buick Regal I owned and had stopped by Somerset Pontiac to check out the possibility of buying or leasing a new car. A salesman, Rick M., took the time to place a call to the Buick dealer down the street and got my car in for immediate service. He also was kind enough to arrange for me to have a vehicle for the day so I didn't have to miss any work. I went back to Rick in 2006 when I decided to lease my next vehicle and then again in 2008. Both times the process went very smooth and quick. Rick went over and above to make the process as seamless as possible. Each and every experience I have had with Somerset Pontiac GMC has been wonderful. more

Initial problems w/sales, Quickly corrected w/Management 6/8/2005

I have leased 2 vehicles from Somerset Pontiac. My first salesman was not very helpful and unable to provide some conveniences I requested. For example, I work full time on opposite shift from hubby and we have 2 kids. To make things easier for me as the customer, I asked for my salesman to draw up the necessary paperwork and fax for my completion, therefore spending less time in the dealership. He confirmed that he would be able to do this and proceeded to fail, causing me to spend more time that I could afford there. Upon complaining, management quickly addressed my concerns and handled my 2nd lease, 2.5 years later, well. I suppose it depends on the salesman you get, but all in all this was a reputable dealership I would send friends and family to. PROS: Competitive Promos, Good Management CONS: Some salespersons are only so-so more
