In 2005, I was having problems with a 2001 Buick Regal I owned and had stopped by Somerset Pontiac to check out the possibility of buying or leasing a new car. A salesman, Rick M., took the time to place a call to the Buick dealer down the street and got my car in for immediate service. He also was kind enough to arrange for me to have a vehicle for the day so I didn't have to miss any work. I went back to Rick in 2006 when I decided to lease my next vehicle and then again in 2008. Both times the process went very smooth and quick. Rick went over and above to make the process as seamless as possible.
