Great drain clean 3/24/2014

Our tub wasn't draining at all. After ten minutes, as Scott says, the drain would suck down your fingers. Great service and incredibly fast. Thanks! more

Awesome service, will use again! 2/4/2014

Scott came out before the appointed time and called to make sure I was home. He was affable, courteous, and made friends with our shy dog right away. Then he got down to the business of fixing the toilet in a cottage we're rennovating in the back yard. No problems, quick and easy fix and diagnosis, an estimate of any future problems and good solid advice on what to do if we have the problems again. Best plumber experience ever. Honest. Decent price, painless experience. I'm good! more

Grand theft! 1/19/2013

My son and his wife are first-time homeowners and their furnace was not firing so they called this company to look at it. I think Mark was the tech, and he convinced them that a new hot surface ignitor for the unit would be $358.I am sorry, but a $30 part and 10 min. to install is all it needed. My son is a Marine serving our country and his wife was home with a 3-week old baby and a 2 year old and we were on our way from California for a visit so she felt she needed to just get it fixed(not knowing she was being ripped-off). Way to go, Mark. I hope you can sleep at night and you think about ripping off the people who are fighting for your freedom. Scott from California more

Very Overpriced, Required $50 estimate charge 7/23/2012

I called Stuart after seeing the positive reviews online. They require a $49.95 fee upfront for the estimate. They offer to apply the fee to the final bill if you hire them for the services. The problem is that the quote is highly inflated, more than three times the other quotes received. For example: to change flourescent light bulbs in five fixtures( on an 8 ft ceiling), the quote was 388.00. To move a floor mount outlet two to wall is $414 more

FABULOUS COMPANY!! 6/27/2012

Chris R. came out to check on and fix a problem that the installers had experienced when installing our new system. He clearly knew what he was doing and it was easy to tell that he was a master electrician. In 10 minutes he had the problem solved. We are happy, cool, and will use this company for all plumbing, heating/AC, or electrical needs in future. I don't think there's a better or more professional company out there. Plumbing Service 6/29/2011

Daniel came to my home to repair an outdoor faucet that was sinking into my garden and had caused the pipe to crack. I had water shooting out of this pipe at a rapid speed. He came out to my home when promised and made the repair in a timely manner. He was very professional. When I got home from work, I could not tell he had even been there, but for the beautiful new pipe that was installed. My house was exactly as I left it that morning, so all mess and trash was hauled away and cleaned up. I recommend Stuart to all my neighbors and friends. more
