Scott came out before the appointed time and called to make sure I was home. He was affable, courteous, and made friends with our shy dog right away. Then he got down to the business of fixing the toilet in a cottage we're rennovating in the back yard. No problems, quick and easy fix and diagnosis, an estimate of any future problems and good solid advice on what to do if we have the problems again. Best plumber experience ever. Honest. Decent price, painless experience. I'm good!
