My house is now sound and hurricane proof. I am very satisfied with these triple pane window. I was going to get a double pane window but spent a little more for the better protection and strength, these windows were worth the cost after the savings on my electric bill is factored in. I replaced old florida aluminum crank windows, these were a big improvement on all factors, looks great, sound proof, hurricane proof, insulated for energy efficiency. . more

We recently purchased a foreclosure, and discovered shortly after moving in that we were definitely in need of new windows. Our home inspector had referred us to Storm Tight, and after comparing some prices and reading some reviews, we decided to go with his referral. On the days of installation, everything went very smoothly and the installers were very courteous and friendly.They cleaned up very nicely and now it has been a few months since we had the windows installed. We have been very happy with the windows- they are solid and open and close, lock, and clean as easily as we were expecting. Everything appears to be great quality, and we were pleased with all of our interactions with their entire staff. more

Don't be fooled!! They have a great sales pitch but it all ends there the service and the lack professionalism you will receive will be a total disappointment. I replaced all my windows with them spending almost $30K one side of my house the upper were horizontal & bottom was vertical, looked like a flea market mix & match and they would not replace them instead I was charged. 2 years later one of the french door glass broke and I called them for an estimate, took them weeks to get someone out and weeks after just to be told they would have a quote soon, I even contacted the owner of the company Mr Lee Brown he assured me someone will get back to me with a quote, well that was April 18th and today is May 2nd and still not even a quote. I left them a message yesterday and today. I'm so frustrated!!! more

I called Storm Tight to get an estimate on some new windows for my home. The salesperson, James, showed up for the scheduled appointment on time. After a very informative presentation, I decided to take the special they were offering that day and purchased the windows. A professional meauring person showed up a few weeks later and measured all of the windows in my home and then a few weeks later, the installers came to the house. \r They were right on time, very curtious. There were three guys, they worked ALL day on my windows, (one was a garden window so it took a little longer to install) they cleaned up after themselves, were very unassuming. I was able to work from home that day and barely knew they were there. They did a great job, the windows seem to be high quality, and a lot better than what I had before. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors because I was very impressed. \r more

For us having a local, reliable team, offering an excellent warranty on their products was a high priority for us. From the installation team that I got to know very well during the process to everyone in the office; these people were nothing less then professional. Even with our indecisions in changing our order to better fit our needs, they handled it with great courtesy and made the changes swiftly without delay. This is our second purchase of windows from your company. We had 7 windows installed two years ago and we were very pleased with those windows so we ordered 4 more windows and once again we were extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship of the windows. The guys who did the installs and removals were excellent at their jobs. Hats off to them as they are a GREAT asset to your company. Your salesperson was very knowledgeable and informative about the windows. Who knew there could be so much information about windows. We have referred your company to several of our neighbors and they too are extremely pleased. Thanks again for everything from the start to the finish of the job. more

These people are nothing bur CROOKS!!!! They took my deposit and never installed my windows!!!! I did some investigating and found out that they have multiple lawsuits against them for the same thing!!!!! Stay clear from these people if you don't want to get ROBBED!!!!! more

Storm Tight Windows were recommended to us by our neighbor who had recently had them install new windows. We received an in home estimate for 13 new windows in our home and decided to purchase them also. The windows are beautiful, easy to clean and very quiet. Job was done exactly to the estimated cost and exactly on schedule. They followed up a few days later and provided all the paperwork I needed for my building permit inspection as well as the info I needed for my tax credit. We've only had the windows for a few months but are very happy with the overall job and the overall cost. more
