Worst

I am terrified of the dentist, but I had a cavity and finally had to find a dentist. I liked the thought of sedation dentistry, so I made an appointment. They got me in right away...

I already filled out a survey earlier this week but will say I was very pleased with my experience. I have already recommended you to another family. My only negative comment was cost. I am retired and on a limited income so that will limit how much work I have done. You did help me get financing so I can get the first phase of your recommendations done but it will be another year before I will be able to do anything else. more

I have been a patient for years and I think the dentists are excellent and the staff are all professional and friendly. I have to say that on my last visit I waited half an hour for the hygenist to get to me. I wish doctor's and dentist's offices would call to let you know they are behind if it's more than 5 or 10 minutes. I used an extra half hour of vacation to sit in the office. However, overall it is only occasionally that I've had to wait that long at your office. I still recommend this office to friends. more

I called with what I considered an emergency situation. The receptionist was very pleasant and made arrangements to fit me in to your busy schedule. When I arrived, I was greeted with smiles all around. I completed the new patient paperwork and was quickly taken for an examination. Dr. Joe Papp examined me. He was very friendly and to the point. He explained the condition of my deteriorating jawbones and recommended upper and lower dentures. Not good news for someone that is afraid of a dentist. He prescribed antibiotics for the absess around the painful tooth and a pain reliever. The dental assistant was very nice as well and was very careful not to hurt me. The decision was made for me to take the antibiotic until the infection was gone and make arrangements to have my teeth removed and dentures made. more

I just want to say the staff and dentists at Stonecreek dental are the best I have seen in a long time. They are very kind, professional and go to great lengths to make sure their patients and family members of patients are treated with the up most respect when it comes treatments, procedures and making you feel comfortable from the Freshly baked cookies each morning, great coffee and any questions you might have. Kudos to Dr. Ashe and her staff. Would suggest them to anyone that needs dental work and looking forward to the next visit. Sincerely, The Kessler family more

Its a wonderful place to get your dentistry wok done. Probably because everyone that works there loves their job so it makes it easier to provide the customers with a good experience. I have always dread going to the dentist and still do. I do not like the "working on my teeth" experience but with this group of people i always end up leaving feeling glad that I went. They make it easier for me to go thru something that I do not want to do. more

I was in pain, I received an almost immediate appointment for one of the dental staff to check my aching tooth. He was gentle and gave me a prescription for pain medication. It worked. I also have a followup apt. I appreciate the quick response. more

I loved the fact that when I first came into the office I was warmly greeted by two smiling ladies and was asked if me or my husband would like something to drink, I was a little nervous so my mouth was dry so I gladly took a bottle of water. I was pleased when I was actually called back at the time of my appointment and not left waiting wondering if they had forgot about me like has happened to me at other dentist offices. Everyone their was very friendly and willing to answer any questions that I had. I was also happy to receive my bag of goodies when I was ready to leave. more

I have new insurance and explored my options....found this office was approved....called and was greeted with warm and enthusiasm...not overwhelmingly however! Feeling anxious I asked for the first available appointment and it matched my day off.... I arrived... office was super and when I was back with the clinical staff their manner and informative help kept me at ease as well...Then the doctor arrive...she was fantastic....I have no doubt that I have my mouth in better hands better then have even been .... in a long time.... Thank you .... ps the coffee and cookies as I left put a smile on my face too more
