I called with what I considered an emergency situation. The receptionist was very pleasant and made arrangements to fit me in to your busy schedule. When I arrived, I was greeted with smiles all around. I completed the new patient paperwork and was quickly taken for an examination. Dr. Joe Papp examined me. He was very friendly and to the point. He explained the condition of my deteriorating jawbones and recommended upper and lower dentures. Not good news for someone that is afraid of a dentist. He prescribed antibiotics for the absess around the painful tooth and a pain reliever. The dental assistant was very nice as well and was very careful not to hurt me. The decision was made for me to take the antibiotic until the infection was gone and make arrangements to have my teeth removed and dentures made.
