He was very knowledgable about all aspects of the car buying process. He was open honest and very upfront about everything. We actually had fun buying a new car. All the staff was freindly knowledgable and very easy to work with. I have bought lots of new cars and this has by far been the best experience ever. more

My experience with SMH was nothing short of perfect! Before I left Idaho, I had talked to Toni B. a couple of times, and in contact with her as she kept me informed of everything I needed to know to make sure the often times, miserable care buying experience, went smoothly. She was attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed while I was at the dealership, and left a very positive impression on myself. I am going to tell everyone I know that is looking to buy a new vehicle, to make sure they contact Toni before purchasing anything from any other dealer! Toni should be commended for her efforts! more

While there on Monday, we met John Chuidian, who was also extremely nice, energetic, and FULL of knowledge. I think he knows the Honda Pilot better than Mr. Honda, himself :) Seriously, though, he did a great job, was extremely thorough and helped answer all of our questions, and even questions we didn't know that we had. My service manager that I have been working with for the past few years, Devin B. not only recognized me and my care but was greatly appreciative to have me back. My car was having and unknown alignment issue and within an hour I was informed of the issue and a solution that didn't wipe out my wallet. My 4 the of July weekend could have started with a disaster but because of your staff I was able to drive to Bear Lake with out concerns for my car. I had mentioned to Devin my pending road trip and he and his staff made the extra effort to wash and clean my car from top to bottom. My car has never been so clean and shiny. more

Stockton to Malone Honda...FAIL! 1/8/2011

Stockton to Malone Honda...FAIL! The customer service is severly lacking. This is the second time I've taken my car into this dealership to be serviced. I thought my first traumatic experience with their staff was a fluke. Not so. It was equally bad the second time. I decided not to leave my car with them today. Instead I went to the Larry H. Miller Honda dealership in Murray (even though I live in South Jordan). Their staff is courteous and capable, which makes the drive well worth it. more
