I was happy with my experience with my online search for the vehicle that I was interested in. I found the color that I was looking for, and the options that I was in the market for. I was also satisfied with the price quote,as a start. I felt that I would have a pleasant experience from my dealing online, and that did turn out to be the case. We feel that everyone went out of their way to help make this deal happen and we have already begun talking to friends and people about our vehicle and where we got it and who they could contact to get a similar deal working for them. more

Horrible customer service 4/30/2011

We were out shopping for 2 cars, new one for me & something under $10k for my daughter this week. Ended up purchasing a used car for my daughter from Jason at Stockton to Malone Honda, we did get it for a good price, but once the sale was made, he was done with us. Called & left a message for him 2 days later because I had a quick question regarding the vehicle, no response.... left another message... no reponse. Pretty sure if we decide on a Honda for me we'll go to Larry H. Miller Honda. more
