Estimated charges not correct 12/2/2014

Estimated charges was not correct. Had to wait for 2 days to pick up the car and ended up paying double the amount of estimated charges more

Too Much Time and Money 12/1/2014

Had to wait 45 minutes to even speak with a Service Advisor before getting my car in line for service. I ended up being there for 3 hours to get a simple routine maintenance and tire change. And on top of that, the tire cost considerably more than I was quoted elsewhere. Although the staff is always very nice and courteous, the prices and time taken make it undesirable to return. more

Good: - Friendly staff - Notified me about a recall fix before asking. Bad: - Confusion about the services included in a scheduled maintenance made me skeptical that tire rotation was done, they should be clear about the services done. - Noticed after leaving that the car body had thick dust even it was supposed to be washed. more

Best Customer Service ever! I've been bringing my car since the day I drove it off the lot. From the sales team to the service team they are all great. Always greeted with big smiles and professional attitudes. I moved 15 miles further from them but I still battle the traffic down to them despite that I have 3 dealerships closer to me. I won't bring my car to anyone else. more

had a good experience, i wish the shuttle service was provided till after 5pm though. It is impossible to come before 5pm without a shuttle and so have to take a taxi. more
