After bringing car in at appointed time, and waiting 2 hours, found out they had forgotten about it. Paperwork was missing, mechanic nowhere to be found. Had to leave after wasting 2 hours (plus round trip driving time). Made another appointment two weeks later. This time the work was done in good time, and the agent was very helpful. They threw in an oil change and car wax as compensation for earlier problem. From my point of view, management could have chosen to value the customer a bit more by offering compensation more commensurate with the difficulty and time waste that the customer experienced.
