i hear alot of bad things about this guy. i dont think he's in business anymore. from what i've been hearing i'm glad i went with someone else. someone is sure getting the message around about him. more

i can see why this ""attorney"" had to shut down his business and join another firm. When i was inquiring for bankruptcy attorneys, i was told by quite a few people who has dealt with this ""attorney"" that he was nothing but a nightmare, especially this one person i was introduced to. Thanks for the heads up. I will go with someone else instead who isnt so ""childish"". more

i used steven for my bankruptcy and he was nothing less than professional and attentive to me. i have recomended him to friends because he was great to me and my friends agree. brenda r your statement about steve responce is hippocritical to the fact you said people have the right to post and so does he. he has every right to defend himself against a discruntled former employee posting false statements. the steve m who posted on here. how did you not meet any lawyer at the firm from any location and get represented by them? you cant. dont put false posts. steven isnt the only lawyer there. more

I have yet to meet the so called ""steven dolson, attorney at law"" character, but he is representing me for SSDI. I have barely talked to the paralegal either. From what i hear, they do NOT like to talk to their own clients especially this ""attorney"" and they hate getting calls from their own clients!! huh? WTF??!! then why be in business then if u cant deal with your own clients??!! I received a few things in the mail, they LOST my case from the get go since they lost the forms I sent in and I have received ONLY 1 call from her. What is worse is that I just found out that a hearing that I am supposed to have is almost 2 years away! I had to track her (that secretary) down, DEFINITELY NOT an easy task either since they do NOT like to be called, since I have not heard anything since January, now May. Service still matters and I WISH I went elsewhere... the wait is their fault, but no communication well, there is OBVIOUSLY NO excuse for that. Im sorry i didnt listen to the rumors about this character, now i totally regret it. His commercials are not on the air anymore - seems strange and suspicious like he went out of business or something. someone said he seems like a fake and a fraud, now im starting to believe the rumors myself. Im planning on filing a complaint with the BBB! im sick of this crap. I think i will go with Peter Shaffer instead. more

This is a perfect example of you never know who is posting reviews to the web. Using a variety of aliases a former employee posted several comments to this and other websites writing bad reviews with blanantly false statements. Many of these comments have been removed after the statements were proven false and a defamation suit was threatened. Unfortunately, once a comment is posted to the web it lingers forever. It is truly a shame that I had to make a posting to defend my otherwise stellar reputation within the legal community. The office is open for business and is booming. Our client base primarily consists of referals from other attorneys and former clients. I am proud that both myself and one of the associate attorneys within my office have been elected as officials by our colleagues on the Central New York Bankruptcy Bar Association. In my many years in practice I have never had so much as a complaint made against me to the Bar Association or Better Business Bureau. Customer Service is our number one priority and will continue to be in the future. more
