I just wanted to take a moment to let you know about our recent experience with Stereo East. We just purchased a new home in Frisco which came with a media room so we set out to purchase all new equipment for it. Our family had never had a true theater room in the past, so we were a little unsure about the process and what all it might entail. After checking out some of your competitors, we found that none of them gave us a very good comfort level. One of the lower end companies wouldn't even give us the time of day until we agreed to pay them a non-refundable fee to come spec the space first. Their product selection was minimal and their lead times for installations were extremely long. The higher end companies put way too much emphasis on ""stain guard and undercoating"" type add-ons to drive margins and total ticket price. And their products and prices seemed to start at a lot higher level than we were comfortable with. That's when we found Stereo East and your talented sales rep, Anthony Mategrano. For starters, we felt like the Stereo East product selection was superior to anywhere else we'd been. We definitely had the feeling that we could have spent as little or as much as we wanted and gone as small or as over-the-top as we wanted with your product selection. You beat your competition handily with your products by offering such a wide range and not feeling too high end or too low end. That made a huge difference right from the start because we didn't feel like we were getting inferior equipment, but also didn't feel like our hands were tied with having to go with super-high-end equipment that we really didn't need. More than the products, though, from the minute we came in the door, Anthony made us feel very comfortable as he held our hands throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative and did an outstanding job of communicating to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted and needed. He never made us feel like he was pushing his agenda or fluffy add-on items that seemed unnecessary. And he was really patient as he helped educate us on all of the details we had questions about. He truly gave us the feeling that we were the most important customer he had even though we know he had others who were probably spending more money with him. Anthony really kept the lines of communication open even after we made our initial purchase with consistent follow-ups from start to finish to ensure everything was to our liking. He also did everything he could to get the room installed quickly as we had a deadline we needed a quick turn around for. And, he kept our budget very much in mind the whole way through which was great. He even allowed us to pay for the equipment up front and pay for the installation upon completion once we were 100% satisfied. The comfort level he gave us left us with no doubt that we were making the right decision from the word go which is unusual in today's world when making a major purchase such as this. Anthony is a star and any organization would be lucky to have him! Also, I'd be selling your company short if I didn't mention Kenny who came out to spec the room before install. He spent a great deal of time with us and really helped educate us even more as things pertained to our individual space. And, of course, the install team was nothing short of fantastic. They were polite, clean, professional, informative and again, so educational with regard to our new equipment and how it all worked. We love our new room and your team made it easy and affordable for us! It's not too often that we encounter a retail experience that literally doesn't have a single misstep along some point of the process. But Stereo East, and Anthony in particular, was spot on with every single aspect from A to Z and you have definitely earned our business for life.
