I'm probably one of your more bizarre customers, so I appreciate your patience and professionalism during the process. I wish I knew half of what you do about TV and sound. I like the professional way in which you put together several written scenarios. They were very helpful.\r

I know that I had exacting demands (especially on budget), but you were able to work within them (somewhat--joking here) and deliver a tour de force with respect to visual and sound quality. Doris and I absolutely love the Room! I'm glad we have an extra bulb because we are trying our best to burn this one out... I can't stay out of the room. We may rent the rest of the house out and just live in the Media Room.\r

I want to also give kudos to the Installation Team. David has been out to the house several times in the past, for other installations and tune ups. He's practically part of the family. He is always courteous and a real technical pro. He puts his head down and works, tirelessly. We had quite an agenda on install day--not just the Media Room. David installed another TV on a wall, updated all the wiring and converted to RF in order to hide all components. The Bar now looks clean and polished.\r

Additionally, I asked David to help me with problems we were having with other TV's in the house. He changed wires, amplified the signal and now we have no nagging problems (most were due to satellite equipment). David even surveyed the prospects for outdoor TV by climbing through the attic (and insulation) and helping me with ideas.\r

As with every visit David worked in a tidy fashion, always cleaning as he goes... wires tight and uniform... everything ""ship shape."" I appreciate the attention to detail.\r

In sum, I am grateful for your treatment throughout the process and your patience with me and the many changes and additions that I put you through.\r
Now I need more 3D glasses... friends have discovered THE ROOM...
