Awesome Massage 9/25/2011

This was my first experience with using Stephen & Burns. Jason (provided a massage)did an awesome job. I do not know what or how he did it, but I want to let you know that, for the first time, in about two years, I was able to run with my grandchildren without having lower back pain. Thank you, Jason, for the relaxing and very effective massage. more

I am usually very impressed and happy with the services I receive from S&B however I was pretty disappointed with my partial highlight. The color is off and too sparse, I asked to go brighter and lighter and I can't even see a difference. more

Massage with Corey 9/19/2011

As always, my massage with Corey was wonderful! She really knows what she is doing, and I always leave feeling better. Corey is great at adjusting each session based on what my needs are for the day. S&B is always clean, and the staff is very friendly. Thank you for another great experience. more

No children allowed...unless 9/17/2011

I will never go back. Technique fine--treatment terrible. Told me my daughter was "not welcome here" when she was to read while I got my brows done. (No one said on phone or in conf e-mail). Yet I saw a pre-schooler in the salon at her mom's feet?! Made me feel 2nd class. I will spend my money at Di Moda or even Indigo. No amount of trendy is worth disrespect. more

Always a good experience. I have been a client of Stephen's for over 20 years. I know that if I am not the first or second client of the day, he will be running late. But I know that is because he gives each of his clients the time needed to get a great cut/color etc. so - I just try and plan accordingly. more
