Professional High Quality Salon 1/8/2012

After months of visits for haircut & styling--I'm as pleased as have been only once prior as impressed with a salon and that was a former visit to an excellent salon in NYC. Yen is an extremely talented stylist--who has created a hairstyle for me that in current and easy to manage on my own between visits. Worth the two hour drive. The staff who greet are welcoming and helpful. Miss the chairs in reception. more

Great Massages and Ambiance!! 1/8/2012

I have been going to Stephen & Burns for a while and have gotten a few massages from different people, most of which, have been very good! I have a special liking for Katie's massages, and think she does a fantastic job for me! (That can be based on personal preference) I also appreciate how hospitable the people at the front desk are in offering you something to drink and taking your coat for you, etc. Very nice atmosphere overall. more

Lindsey is the best! I have jumped around to a few salons/stylists and Lindsey is by far the best. She does a wonderful job with my hair & is a lovely person who I enjoy chatting with! I would highly recommend her! more

Always Feel Pampered 1/3/2012

I'm a working mom so my time is precious. When I get my hair colored and cut at Stephen and Burns by Stacy I always feel pampered by her and the staff. Customer service is key there and their prices are very reasonable too. Plus my hair looks great! Thank you S&B! more

Good cut 12/21/2011

Yen cut my hair for the first due to a changed appointment on my end. Good haircut. I was told that Yen would charge me the same as my usual hairdresser. Was asked to pay $10 more and when I mentioned my conversation when I set up my appointment, she lowered her price. Didn't ask to scheduled another appointment for me. Not my usual service despite how friendly she was during the cut. more
