POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE / POOR QUALITY 4/19/2019

After ordering a "Premium" arrangement for our daughter, the picture we were sent was clearly not "Premium". Thankfully the size of the arrangements are on the website when ordering. I had my daughter measure her bouquet and sure enough, it didn't even measure the "deluxe", slight bigger than the standard. I called and left a message and contacted their customer service. Absolutely no response from this florist. It's been 5 days since the delivery and still never received any response. Sure won't get my business again! more

That place is Treasure Islands of Santa Cruz - Custom Outdoor Kitchens - BBQ Islands, Fireplaces Firepits, Firetables. Terrible experiences 9/3/2007

1. Daughter did not receive Valentine flowers on the day. She had to go pick them up the next day herself. No discount, - "real busy" was the excuse. 2. Gave them another chance. Ordered birthday flowers a week in advance. When I hadn't heard from my daughter by about 4:45 on her birthday, I called to ask. No flowers! Their excuse - the order just didn't get filled - order misplaced. Never again! I have happily switched florists. more

I love Stephanie's Flowers. I use them all the time. Ever seen those bright pink and purple vans around town? That's Stephanies. The flowers are very fresh, and the arrangements are nice. In fact, I use them so much, they know my name as soon as I walk into the door. I am so confident with using them, that I have gotten to where I will call my order in. They are really good, and I am sure if you will give them a try, you will see what I mean. I recommend this florist at four stars. more

Stephanie's Flowers is simply the best! They are one of the most popular florists in Shelby. Located on 15th Street, this florist is convenient for almost anyone. I have used this florist at least twice, and I was satisified both times. They are nice, courteous, and eager to please. I asked for an arrangement with a price of about $40. Little did I know the arrangement would be the best I have ever seen for that price. That was the last time I used them, but I will certainly keep using them if the need arises. I have recommended them to my friends, and I suggest you try them. They are great! more

Great Florist 8/16/2005

Stephanie's are those people in the bright pink and purple vans. They do phone orders and you can go in the store as well. They offer all kinds of arrangements for all occasions and can custom make arrangements and baskets. They also sell caskets and funeral arrangements. They do 1-800-flowers orders also. They are pretty creative and come up with great looking flowers but on the down side they are expensive compared to other local florists. more

Florist in the pink van 8/10/2005

These folks really know flowers. They get really busy around holidays obviously. If you have an idea or a picture of a bouquet that you want made, then you can just go and talk to them and they usually do a pretty good job of duplicating it. Their prices aren't too bad either. They are convienently located on fifteenth street next to McAllisters. They have been in business for a long time too. more
