After ordering a "Premium" arrangement for our daughter, the picture we were sent was clearly not "Premium". Thankfully the size of the arrangements are on the website when ordering. I had my daughter measure her bouquet and sure enough, it didn't even measure the "deluxe", slight bigger than the standard. I called and left a message and contacted their customer service. Absolutely no response from this florist. It's been 5 days since the delivery and still never received any response. Sure won't get my business again! more
