I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee that wouldn't start one night. The next morning it did but I took it in to have it checked and they couldn't find the issue, but most likely the starter. I brought it in first thing in the morning and at 5:00pm I started calling and no one answered. Finally had a call at 5:30 that they couldn't find the problem and would leave the keys in and lock it so I could go get it. That day wasn't such a big deal but I did take off work and waited all day to hear back from them. My jeep acted up again, twice so I decided I just wanted to get a new starter. I needed it done that day bc again I had to miss work. I called and they said YES they would be able to do it that day. I took it in and ALL DAY NO ONE EVER CALLED. I was calling all evening and NEVER received a phone call AT ALL. So they didn't fix my jeep, basically kept my vehicle from me all day, I had to miss work for it AND they never called. I had someone drive me there and I find my jeep outside unlocked and no one was there. The next morning I call and ask and they say it will be done this morning. Finally by 1:30 pm they called and said it was ready. This is total crap and I am so disappointed in this place. I'm mad that they just though it was ok to keep my Jeep and not even fix it or call, and then planned to leave it unlocked outside all night. Who does business like that? Never had an issue with this place until now. more

You would think that the big chain stores would be cheaper for tires. Wrong! If you need tires do yourself a favor, check out steeles before you buy anywhere else. You'll be glad you did. more

Blew a rear hard brake line Steeles was able to get the Entire Factory line (this line runs from the front of the car to the back) same day and installed it great work. everything fit perfect more

Recently purchased a used car and discovered one tire had a broken belt on the front tire. I worked with the owner and he provided a competitive price and had the tire in-stock in 5 days from an out-of-state warehouse. They recommended I arrive early and they could get me on the road quickly. The whole process took about an hour and the car interior was returned as clean as it was when I arrived. This is my third purchase of tires with Steele's and I would definitely suggest you visit with them! more

I got a new car, so I don't have to go to Hometown Tire so often. But when I did, I gave John Steele a problem. I gave him little notice and I needed the car back quickly. DONE! And, he said that I had a small problem that is covered by warranty and that I should take my car back to the dealer. That advice is no charge. I'll be back, John! more

I had to take my wife's car in 5 minutes before closing and Tracey was kind enough to take and make the tire repair even though the shop was closing down for the night. I had him replace the rear turn single light as well. The cost was below what I was expecting. I'm a small business owner myself. I know what is considered to be more than fair.
