Have been doing business with John for 15 plus years and my father before me....treat us well...no need to go anywhere else.

I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee that wouldn't start one night. The next morning it did but I took it in to have it checked and they couldn't find the issue, but most likely the start...

I would not go anywhere else for my truck maintenance. They are always very friendly and treat you like family. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and don't cut corners. You can always trust they will do the best job every time. more

Never a Bad Experience, Best Place in NKY Oil change 3/18/2016

I've never had a single issue at Steeles, they handle all my cars and quick. they take the time to check tire pressures etc while oil is draining not wasting time!. never complain about removing the 20lb skid plate on my STI to get to the oil filter and drain! more

Local friendly trustworthy service 3/17/2016

SHTAS provides good value dependable service in a world full of corruption and fraud. Its comforting to know there are still good people in the world where a mans word still means something. I think John and his team represent those values to the community he serves. Going the extra mile in service to his customers, is a every day occurrence at the shop, people come in with all types of service needs and John and his team do everything possible to help everyone, even in demanding situations when the schedule is already full...he always takes the time to try to service everyone's needs. more

Being somewhat new to the Burlington area, I am glad I found Steele's. They are thorough in their diagnostics, and provide the highest-quality work, in a timely fashion, and at a reasonable price. And most importantly - I trust them. They are always honest about the condition of your vehicle and they make sure you understand what needs to be done and why. more

Oil Change 3/8/2016

I scheduled my appointment for Monday at 8:00am and planned to wait for my car. I arrived a few minutes early. My car was taken into a bay within a few minutes of my arrival. The oil change was done very quickly. The entire process took about 45 minutes. Very pleased with the timely service I received. more
