I would not use this company for TV repair or anything else for that matter. I have a 6 year old Samsung that they had for almost 8 weeks. Finally i get a call and they say its ready. I go to pick it up and said are you sure it ready and he said yes that there was no need to turn it on and check it. So i load the big thing up and take it home only to find that it doesn't work at all. The only thing i see are different colors on the screen. These guys don't know what there doing and when you get them on the phone its obvious that they run a very dis-organized shop. They are always confused and most of the time cannot even find my ticket when i call them. All in all this is the worst company i have ever worked with for anything and truly hope everyone see's this causing them to go under. They are crooks and a total disservice to us as customers. Please take your business elsewhere and don't make the same mistake i did. more

GREAT SERVICE! 10/27/2010

Ok, I'm not sure what the other people are talking about. I have had several great experiences with them. When I bring them one of our electronic pieces from home, they have always done a great job getting it working or being very up front and honest about whether it was worth fixing it vs. buying new. I've had nothing but good experiences with Neal Matthew's team and I've recommended several of my friends to take their repairs there as well. They know what they are doing and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs electronic repairs. more
