Review content:
I would not use this company for TV repair or anything else for that matter. I have a 6 year old Samsung that they had for almost 8 weeks. Finally i get a call and they say its ready. I go to pick it up and said are you sure it ready and he said yes that there was no need to turn it on and check it. So i load the big thing up and take it home only to find that it doesn't work at all. The only thing i see are different colors on the screen. These guys don't know what there doing and when you get them on the phone its obvious that they run a very dis-organized shop. They are always confused and most of the time cannot even find my ticket when i call them. All in all this is the worst company i have ever worked with for anything and truly hope everyone see's this causing them to go under. They are crooks and a total disservice to us as customers. Please take your business elsewhere and don't make the same mistake i did.
