Ok, I'm not sure what the other people are talking about. I have had several great experiences with them. When I bring them one of our electronic pieces from home, they have always done a great job getting it working or being very up front and honest about whether it was worth fixing it vs. buying new. I've had nothing but good experiences with Neal Matthew's team and I've recommended several of my friends to take their repairs there as well. They know what they are doing and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs electronic repairs.
