They did a fantastic job cleaning my entire house. 1/6/2014

I had Steamatic clean the carpet in my home prior to placing it on the market. They did a fantastic job removing stains and our 10 year old carpet now looks like new. I highly recommend them. more

Satisfied customer for 10 years! 7/26/2012

I have been usings Steamatic in Kerrville for 10 years and have NEVER been unhappy with my carpets. They always turn out super clean and always dry within several hours. Today the workers cleaned my kitchen tile for the first time and it looks amazing! Plus, Steamatic employees are always extremely courteous and professional. more

Outstanding-Service & Quality 6/14/2012

I have been using Stematic of the Hill Country for about 10 years and cannot say enough about the quality, timeliness and professionalism of their organization. I have experience water damage at home, office and my church in which they had personnel and equipment on the job within an hour. Their quick action saved my hardwood floors and helped minimize damage to our church. When it comes to carpet of rug cleaning you are dealing with people who know what works...Thanks for all your years in the hill country! As to general carpet cleaning -no one is better!...They pre-spot and have state of the art equipment that gets our office ready on Monday for considerable traffic. more

Perfectly happy with them. 5/23/2012

We have been using Steamatic for many years now. In our foyer we have an antique trunk where we store photographs. When they first came out, the two men lifted it up and broke one of the handles. Well, I just figured accidents happen. But Steamatic picked it up, took it to get repaired and brought it back fixed. We've been using them ever since. We even request the same man, he's a treasure. That's the way it is. We are perfectly happy with them every time. Recently I had him out to clean our tile and grout, and it looks like a brand new job! more

Completely removed the stains on a white rug!! 5/22/2012

The people from Steamatic came out quickly! They scheduled me, and then they had an opening so they called me back. It was really quick. I was having a party and I had quite a few stains on a white rug. I had no hope and they had completely removed the stains! I was waiting for them to come back but they never did. My rug looks 100 better than what it did before. Steamatic called me the next day to make sure everything was okay. I really like Steamatic and they're the only one I use! more

Great Guys! Great Service! 5/17/2012

Mysteamatic came out and helped me when my pipes busted in the bathroom! I was a mess. Unfortunately were out of town for a couple days not sure when it happened but it was a complete disaster! They were fast with the response time, professional, and just all around great! more

Steamatic takes care of all of our inventory propeties' carpets. In one house there was a flood and they ended up cleaning the entire carpet. They clean the carpets, do mold remediation, and they always do a great job with any task. I'm totally pleased with the all work they've done on the properties. more

Happy with their attitude towards service!! 5/15/2012

We're a property management company and we used Steamatic for lots of properties. I felt that they could do a better job, but that was only for a few jobs and they take care of it. I'm happy with Steamatic's attitude towards service and they do a good job. They make an effort to work with us. I do recommend them to anybody who asks.
