Review content:
One of the reasons why I used Steamatic was my next door neighbor is affiliated with them. I think his brother owns one of the franchises, so I had them come clean my carpets. They did an excellent job.
They made sure the equipment was working properly before they proceeded. There was something caught in the vacuum, so they had to spend some time fixing it. I helped them by getting a coat hanger, and we got it cleared.
Everything went well. They did a nice job of cleaning the steps into the garage. I'm very happy with the job they did. They were very courteous.
They were very receptive to anything I needed done, such as when I had a stain that was hard or difficult to get out. They did everything possible to treat every area to the best of their ability.
